Yogasana classes are general hatha yoga classes with our teachers.

Level one classes will cover the basics and are suitable for complete beginners, if it is your first ever yoga class you are most welcome. Level Two is for those with a year or two of attending classes, so you have a good grasp of the basics and we can work into some more challenging asanas including balancings and backbends.

Power Vinyasa Flow classes are a dynamic class with Weena in which she will link the poses into continuous sequences flowing with the breath. Theses classes are very popular so come early to ensure a space!

Yin Yoga is a gentle but deep form of practice concentrating on the hips and lower spine. We hold the poses for three to five minutes working to release the connective tissues that surround the joints. This form of practice is complimentary to vinyasa based practices and is particularly helpful for tight students.
