YogAsana

Yogasana classes are general hatha yoga classes suitable for all levels. If you are new to yoga this is a good place to begin.

In these classes our teachers will guide you through a sequence of yoga asanas carefully chosen to benefit your optimal health and well being. Careful attention is paid to our alignment in the poses allowing our energy to flow unobstructed. By breathing deeply and easily we turn in to the real well spring of our core being. Props are used to help those who are not so flexible and also to allow a clear understanding of the function of the pose.

No matter what your age and ability let us help you to become more in touch with your body, enabling you to accept who you are and the state you are in, creating a positive approach to life. We welcome mature adults with inquiring minds and a sense of fun.

The teachings are in Thai and English and we recommend you try to come three times a week to gain the full benefit.
